<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Escrow Specialist to assist our local client and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. This position is crucial to providing exceptional service to clients while maintaining the integrity of escrow services.</p>

<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>Open, manage, and close escrow accounts in compliance with industry and legal standards.</p><p>Prepare escrow instructions and ensure the timely collection of necessary documents from all parties involved.</p><p>Review and verify transaction documents (e.g., contracts, title policies, insurance certificates) for accuracy and completeness.</p><p>Collaborate with customers, title companies, and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues during the escrow process.</p><p>Monitor the receipt and disbursement of escrow funds, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliance with applicable regulations.</p><p>Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.</p><p>Provide regular updates to clients and internal team members regarding the status of ongoing transactions.</p><p>Stay up-to-date on applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices regarding escrow services.</p>
