<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required in finance, public administration or business preferred. Advanced degree in similar fields preferred.</li><li>5+ years of progressively responsible experience in public-sector, housing, community development leadership</li><li>Strong background in program management, budgeting, and interdepartmental coordination</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience working with grant-funded programs and compliance is a plus</li><li>Ability to lead teams, solve problems independently, and foster collaboration</li><li>Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation</li></ul><p><br></p>
