<p><strong>Office Manager (Contract-to-Hire)</strong></p><p>We are seeking an organized and dependable Office Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will provide essential support in office operations and serve as a key point of contact for both internal staff and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, supply management, and general administrative support.</li><li>Serve as the primary client liaison, handling inquiries and providing responsive, professional service.</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts.</li><li>Support basic accounting functions, including preparing reports and coordinating with external accounting resources.</li><li>Maintain confidential records and ensure office compliance with company policies.</li><li>Provide support for special projects and help ensure organizational efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in office management, administrative support, or similar roles.</li><li>Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Customer service orientation and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.</li></ul>
