The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring timely and efficient operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, or service technicians to appropriate locations according to pre-set schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs.</li><li>Monitor and track progress of assignments using computer systems and communication devices.</li><li>Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and customers.</li><li>Maintain records of calls, work or services performed, and dispatches.</li><li>Address customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and professionally.</li><li>Collaborate with team members and management to optimize routes and maximize efficiency.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p>
