We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Analyst to join our team in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. This is a contract opportunity with the potential for a permanent position that requires working fully onsite. The position involves analyzing financial data related to construction projects and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping. This role is 100% onsite Monday through Friday. Responsibilities:• Review and analyze financial data to track the progress and payment status of construction projects.• Communicate with construction companies to request necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including processing invoices and payments.• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.• Monitor project completion percentages and compare them to payment progress.• Utilize Excel to manage and evaluate financial information effectively.• Collaborate with team members to address challenges and maintain workflow efficiency.• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and project-related documentation.• Provide support and training to ensure seamless integration into company processes

• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping roles. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and trends. • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with construction companies and team members. • Ability to work onsite in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities. • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and systems. • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance guidelines is a plus.
