We are looking for a dedicated Plant Controller to oversee financial and administrative operations at our facility . This role is integral to ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting the company’s overall strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to managing both finance and administrative teams. Responsibilities:• Oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities at the plant level, ensuring accuracy and compliance.• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and forecasts to support decision-making.• Manage budgeting processes, cost analysis, and variance reporting to optimize financial performance.• Supervise inventory accounting, track fixed assets, and handle capital expenditure processes.• Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and relevant external regulations.• Coordinate with corporate finance teams to support audits and long-term financial planning.• Lead administrative staff, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient payroll processing.• Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance services.• Collaborate with HR to support onboarding, training, and policy enforcement while maintaining compliance documentation.• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement across operations, HR, and corporate departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least five years of experience in plant or manufacturing finance and administration. • Comprehensive knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial analysis, and ERP systems. • Proven ability to lead teams effectively and drive results in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and concisely. • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Preferred: Certification in accounting or finance and experience in lean manufacturing methodologies. • Familiarity with small to mid-sized manufacturing operations and continuous improvement practices.
