In this role, you will oversee customer portfolios and projects, ensuring that all processes are managed efficiently and in alignment with organizational procedures. The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships with customers, maintain detailed tracking systems, and communicate effectively to drive project success and enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities:• Manage customer portfolios and assigned projects, ensuring all activities align with organizational processes and departmental guidelines.• Clarify customer requirements, including product specifications and delivery timelines, to ensure accurate processing.• Monitor and track project details such as timelines, risks, and customer information to maintain exceptional organization.• Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams, addressing potential risks to project timelines and ensuring proactive communication.• Build customer loyalty by maintaining strong relationships, offering consistent follow-ups, and anticipating customer needs.• Collaborate across departments to share critical information related to customer orders and lead times for seamless project execution.• Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, maintaining detailed documentation of all project tasks.• Mentor and support Project Managers within the Customer Service team by sharing expertise and best practices.• Uphold the company’s commitment to service excellence through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational objectives.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience in customer support or project management. • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle systems, including running reports and analyzing data. • Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making. • Detail-oriented communication skills for engaging with vendors, customers, production teams, and management. • Experience in lighting, manufacturing, construction, architecture, or design engineering, with the ability to read technical drawings preferred. • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting business needs and remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a willingness to learn new tasks.
