<p>Robert Half Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused PC Technician to assist with a large-scale computer deployment and refresh project for a client based in Bellevue, Washington. This role involves deploying new devices, replacing existing computers, and ensuring seamless setup and configuration, all while delivering top-tier customer service.</p><p>  </p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 3-month contract (through 2025)</p><p><strong>Pay rate:</strong> $25-$30/hourly (W2)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Bellevue, Washington</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Deploy and replace computers (currently running Windows 11).</li><li>Perform installations and upgrades, including full wipes where necessary before installing Windows 11.</li><li>Provide white-glove customer service, demonstrating professional etiquette such as knocking before entering offices.</li><li>Schedule and attend meetings to coordinate transitions, ensuring punctuality.</li><li>Communicate effectively with users, demonstrating strong social and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Manage domain access setup for new devices.</li><li>Oversee the full lifecycle refresh process, combining hands-on technical work with light project management responsibilities.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience with Windows 11.</li><li>Knowledge or experience with Office 365.</li><li>Previous experience on similar workstation set-up or refresh projects.</li><li>Great customer service background</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Haves:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with Dell equipment (desktops and all-in-one models).</li></ul>
