<p>We are looking for an Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will support financial decision-making through detailed analysis, reporting, and market evaluation. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</p><p>• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.</p><p>• Conduct market research to evaluate financial trends and their impact on organizational performance.</p><p>• Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel to perform accurate and timely financial analysis.</p><p>• Assist in the calculation and analysis of compensation structures, including commission-based models.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.</p><p>• Monitor and report on financial markets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.</p><p>• Develop forecasting models to support budget planning and resource allocation.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all reporting and analysis.</p><p>• Support ad hoc financial projects and requests as needed.</p>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.</p><p>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting tools.</p><p>• Knowledge of financial markets and compensation structures.</p><p>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</p><p>• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.</p>
