<p>We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse and distribution center. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented leader who excels in managing teams, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining efficiency in a dynamic setting.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.</p><p>• Ensure safety protocols are consistently followed by all team members to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.</p><p>• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity goals while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.</p><p>• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.</p><p>• Utilize data entry systems to track inventory movements and update records promptly.</p><p>• Implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.</p><p>• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.</p><p>• Address operational challenges and resolve issues to maintain smooth workflow.</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational objectives.</p><p>• Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance metrics and activities</p>

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution environment.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems.<br>• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.<br>• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and practices.<br>• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.<br>• Familiarity with general warehouse duties and operational processes.
