This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial accuracy and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will contribute to essential accounting operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and budget preparation. Responsibilities:• Prepare and record journal entries for monthly and annual financial close processes, including allocations, recurring entries, and adjustments.• Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations and address discrepancies promptly.• Compile and validate cost reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.• Generate and submit invoices monthly in alignment with contractual requirements.• Assist in developing and preparing annual budgets as well as budgets for specific projects.• Review and confirm the accuracy of bank account reconciliations.• Provide schedules and documentation to support the year-end audit process.• Participate in special projects and handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

• Proven experience with non-profit accounting practices. • Proficiency in using Sage Intacct or similar accounting software. • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Prior experience working in a non-profit organization is highly desirable.
