Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team in Battle Creek, Michigan. As a Contract position in the non-profit industry, this role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and fostering positive interactions with clients and team members.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and effective communication.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.<br>• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.<br>• Handle email correspondence with attention to detail and professionalism.<br>• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to optimize workflow.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to complete administrative tasks.<br>• Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.<br>• Collaborate with team members to support operational needs and meet deadlines.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies in all communications.<br>• Support general office duties to contribute to a productive work environment.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a non-profit setting.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.<br>• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.<br>• Familiarity with scheduling and appointment coordination.<br>• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
