In this role, you will analyze and optimize business processes, bridging the gap between technology and operations to ensure seamless workflow integration. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for leveraging advanced tools like Microsoft Dynamics and AI-driven platforms, this opportunity is perfect for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions.<br>• Develop and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to guide system enhancements.<br>• Configure, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics to align with operational workflows.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.<br>• Utilize Smartsheet and other tools to streamline project tracking and coordination.<br>• Integrate AI-driven platforms to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.<br>• Ensure systems are continuously supported and improved to meet evolving business requirements.<br>• Facilitate Agile Scrum processes to drive project success and maintain momentum.<br>• Conduct regular assessments of system performance and implement necessary updates.<br>• Provide training and support to end-users for new systems and processes.

• Proven experience in business systems analysis and process optimization.<br>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Smartsheet.<br>• Ability to create and manage detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).<br>• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their implementation.<br>• Experience integrating AI-driven platforms into business workflows.<br>• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<br>• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.<br>• Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies.
