This role requires a candidate with a strong background in construction and the ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across various project phases.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Plan, manage, and oversee project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met efficiently.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute different stages of the project.</p><p>• Monitor project progress and address any obstacles or delays proactively.</p><p>• Manage office supplies and ensure resources are available for project needs.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.</p><p>• Develop and maintain clear documentation for all phases of the project.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.</p><p>• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve challenges that arise during project execution.</p><p>• Conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for improving project processes.</p>
