We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics/Routing Coordinator to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to support and optimize delivery operations for a manufacturing. Responsibilities:• Design and implement daily delivery schedules and routes to optimize mileage, fuel efficiency, and delivery times.• Plan truck loads by determining the best loading sequence to ensure efficient deliveries.• Monitor and analyze fleet capacity to maximize truck utilization while adhering to weight and safety standards.• Collaborate with drivers and warehouse staff to streamline logistics operations.• Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and delivery schedules.• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Dynamic CRM to manage data and track inventory.• Respond to inbound calls and provide administrative support as needed.• Process purchase orders and coordinate order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.• Track inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation for manufactured products.• Address and resolve logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations.

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, routing, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software tools. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex schedules. • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and drivers. • Experience with Dynamic CRM or similar software is preferred. • Knowledge of inventory tracking and order fulfillment processes. • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, administrative-focused role.
