The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, compassion, and a commitment to assisting older adults and other community members. Responsibilities:• Assist with the creation and distribution of newsletters.• Utilize computer software, including Microsoft Office and Excel, to manage data and complete administrative tasks.• Conduct meetings with applicants to guide them through the certification and application processes.• Provide tours of the housing facilities to prospective applicants, highlighting key features and amenities.• Fax, file, and organize essential documents for housing applications and certifications.• Respond to inquiries and provide support via phone and email with efficiency and courtesy.• Collaborate with the property manager to ensure smooth housing operations and address any issues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Ability to work independently and take initiative as a self-starter.
