<p>A global logistics company in Baltimore is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join their team! This person will be handling calls and coordinating and communicating with 50-75 drivers each day, asking questions to gather information from callers and prioritizing calls based on responses, relaying information, and general customer support. Must have strong communication skills, can multitask well, and have excellent attention to detail. </p>

• Proven experience in dispatching or a related logistics role.<br>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally.<br>• Proficiency in using computer-aided dispatch systems and other relevant software.<br>• Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.<br>• Knowledge of logistics coordination and best practices is highly desirable.
