You will design and maintain the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that our engineering teams use to deploy applications. You aren't just a "support" person; you are a builder who treats "Infrastructure as Code" as a product. Your focus will be on transitioning from traditional CI/CD to <strong>autonomous, self-healing pipelines.</strong></p>

<p>Core Responsibilities</p><ul><li><strong>Infrastructure as Code (IaC):</strong> Use <strong>Terraform</strong> or <strong>Pulumi</strong> to manage multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure) so that "spinning up a region" is a single command.</li><li><strong>Autonomous Pipelines:</strong> Build and optimize CI/CD workflows that don't just test code, but use <strong>AIOps</strong> to predict deployment failures before they happen.</li><li><strong>Container Orchestration:</strong> Manage production <strong>Kubernetes</strong> clusters and explore daemonless runtimes like <strong>Podman</strong> for enhanced security.</li><li><strong>Security First (DevSecOps):</strong> Inject automated security scanning (SAST/DAST) and compliance checks directly into the build process—essential for our DC-based clients.</li><li><strong>Observability:</strong> Move beyond simple "up/down" alerts to high-cardinality monitoring using <strong>OpenTelemetry</strong>, Grafana, and Prometheus to understand <em>why</em> a system is slow, not just that it is.</li></ul><p><br></p>
