• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or certification is preferred.• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with background in architecture, engineering, or similar services environments strongly preferred.• Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP platforms.• Strong command of project accounting, job costing, work in progress reporting, revenue recognition, and financial statement preparation.• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with close attention to accuracy and confidentiality.• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external business partners.• Prior experience leading or mentoring accounting team members in a fast-paced setting.
