Required Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience</li><li>Proven success preparing financial statements by profit center</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards</li><li>Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, analysis, and reporting</li><li>Demonstrated experience improving processes and driving automation within finance and accounting</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Experience partnering with senior leadership and contributing to business strategy </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>CPA or equivalent professional certification</li><li>Experience with ERP systems and financial system implementations</li><li>Background in a high-growth, multi-entity, or services-based organization</li><li>Prior experience building or transforming an in-house accounting function</li></ul>
