<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Consumer Lending Support professional to join our team on a contract basis in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is focused on assisting with auto loan titling and lien filing projects to ensure compliance and accuracy. The position requires exceptional organizational skills and a thorough understanding of auto loan processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct thorough research on lien statuses.</p><p>• Accurately document lien status findings in a designated working sheet to maintain clear records.</p><p>• File liens and security interest filings as required to ensure proper documentation.</p><p>• Investigate whether physical copies of required documents are retained and update records accordingly.</p><p>• Obtain duplicate copies of necessary documents from relevant organizations when originals are unavailable.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to streamline the process of titling and lien filing.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout all tasks.</p><p>• Communicate findings and progress effectively with stakeholders to support project goals.</p>

• At least one year of experience in auto loans, lien searches, or related fields.<br>• Strong knowledge of lien filing processes and auto loan documentation.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.<br>• Proficiency in researching and verifying information through official channels.<br>• Effective communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members.<br>• Familiarity with industry regulations related to titling and lien documentation.<br>• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
