Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This is a contract position suited for someone who can keep records in order, respond to incoming requests, and provide dependable administrative support for accounting-related activities. The role will help improve document management, maintain accurate information, and assist the team with general office coordination in a part-time capacity.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and maintain digital and physical files so accounting documents and business records can be located quickly.<br>• Assist with administrative tasks tied to financial documentation, including gathering materials needed for reporting and tax-related preparation.<br>• Enter, update, and verify information in office records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Answer inbound calls and direct questions or requests to the appropriate team members in a clear and helpful manner.<br>• Provide front-office and receptionist support, including handling routine communications and general office coordination.<br>• Help establish clear filing structures and improve document organization processes for the office.<br>• Support day-to-day administrative needs for business partners and office leadership as priorities shift.<br>• Contribute to office setup and operational organization as the location continues to expand.
• Previous experience in an administrative support or office coordination role.<br>• Background assisting with administrative work related to accounting, bookkeeping, or financial documentation.<br>• Strong ability to organize files, records, and supporting documents efficiently.<br>• Proficiency in data entry with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Experience handling inbound phone calls and communicating professionally with internal and external contacts.<br>• Comfortable performing receptionist and general administrative office duties.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a part-time, fast-moving work environment.
