Full Charge Bookkeeper

Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s day-to-day operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Reach out to Tammy Power via LinkedIn for immediate consideration</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.</p><p>• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.</p><p>• Record general ledger entries and assist with month-end closing activities.</p><p>• Manage payroll processing or coordinate with payroll service providers based on experience.</p><p>• Maintain detailed financial records and provide support during audits.</p><p>• Prepare financial reports and assist management with administrative accounting tasks.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting workflows and processes.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.</p><p>• Proficient understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger structures.</p><p>• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Dynamics, QuickBooks, or similar tools.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.</p><p>• Familiarity with fast-paced environments, particularly in agriculture or operational settings.</p><p>• Demonstrated reliability and dependability in managing financial tasks.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and time management skills.</p><p>• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.</p>
