Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Bakersfield, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk environment. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your customer service and administrative skills in the manufacturing industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a detail-oriented and courteous manner.</p><p>• Manage a multi-line phone system, including answering and routing inbound calls effectively.</p><p>• Provide concierge-level services to ensure a positive experience for all guests.</p><p>• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the company’s standards.</p><p>• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and data entry.</p><p>• Coordinate with internal teams to address inquiries and provide accurate information.</p><p>• Monitor and manage the switchboard, ensuring calls are handled efficiently.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.</p><p>• Support property management functions and assist with special projects as needed.</p>
• At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.<br>• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems, including switchboards with 1-10 lines.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Friendly and detail-oriented demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.<br>• Experience with concierge services or similar client-facing roles is preferred.<br>• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.<br>• Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with care.
