<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree; Certified Paralegal preferred</li><li><strong>7+ years’ corporate paralegal experience</strong> at a mid-to-large law firm or company</li><li>Experience in contract drafting, resolutions, and corporate governance</li><li>Working knowledge of real estate/property management</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat, Docusign</li><li>Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills</li></ul>
