<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> is actively partnering with an Austin-based financial services client to hire a <strong>Salesforce Developer (contract-to-hire).</strong> Please note, that this is a <strong>hybrid role</strong> and <strong>requires 3 days onsite per week.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with solution architects to understand integration requirements and design framework</li><li>Define, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce interfaces</li><li>Develop robust interfaces that support security standards, scalability, and performance requirements</li><li>Refactor and optimize validation rules to UI-based logic for improved user experience</li><li>Support and enhance existing MuleSoft integrations; deploy and monitor flows, manage sandbox deployments, and resolve issues as they arise</li><li>Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs, and Apex code</li><li>Partner with internal teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and code quality standards are maintained</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with project delivery experience for enterprise applications</li><li>Proficiency with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Triggers, and Platform Events)</li><li>Technical knowledge of integration products and solutions (MuleSoft and Salesforce DX))</li><li>Technical knowledge of Service Cloud and UI-based validation logic</li><li>Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning in Salesforce and MuleSoft environments</li><li>Ability to design and implement integrations via REST APIs</li><li>Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployment processes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Contract Benefit Offerings:</strong></p><ul><li>Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision plans)</li><li>401(k) and retirement plans</li><li>Commuter benefits</li><li>Employee and vendor discounts</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>And many more!</li></ul><p><br></p>
