<p>We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Austin, Texas on a contract to hire basis. This role involves maintaining an environment that is detail oriented and well maintained, ensuring spaces are ready for events, and providing exceptional service to employees and visitors. You will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with event preparations for a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the setup and reset of conference rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and equipped for meetings and events.</p><p>• Collaborate with event coordinators and catering teams to provide seamless support for events ranging from small gatherings to large-scale occasions.</p><p>• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and alignment with brand standards.</p><p>• Deliver white-glove service by maintaining high attention to detail and proactively addressing facility needs.</p><p>• Assist with light facility maintenance tasks, ensuring all areas are presentable and operational.</p><p>• Coordinate vendor activities, including scheduling and ensuring compliance with workplace policies.</p><p>• Support the Workplace Operations team by documenting processes, reporting issues, and maintaining accurate records.</p><p>• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety policies during all operations.</p><p>• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on procedures and standards.</p>
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees, visitors, and vendors.<br>• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software.<br>• Familiarity with facility operations, including event setup and coordination.<br>• Ability to perform light physical tasks, such as resetting rooms and inspecting facilities.<br>• Detail-oriented approach and presentation skills to uphold workplace standards.<br>• Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations within a corporate environment.<br>• Previous experience in customer service or facilities coordination is preferred.
