Business Continuity Project Manager
<p>We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee critical IT projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective governance reporting related to Business Continuity Planning and Operational Resiliency. This long-term contract position is based in Austin, Texas, and requires someone with strong analytical capabilities to manage complex data and drive results across multiple stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the remediation process for regulatory findings, ensuring compliance from initiation to completion.</p><p>• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to generate meaningful governance reports.</p><p>• Develop executive-level presentations and deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership.</p><p>• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align project objectives and drive successful outcomes.</p><p>• Manage detailed project plans and timelines, demonstrating due diligence and attention to detail.</p><p>• Prepare organization-wide decks and documentation to support governance activities.</p><p>• Ensure effective communication across teams, fostering alignment and understanding.</p><p>• Identify risks, propose solutions, and implement strategies to mitigate challenges.</p><p>• Maintain an executive presence and take initiative in driving project success.</p><p>• Monitor and report on project progress, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management related to BCP, BCM, Operational Resiliency, Disaster Recovery.</p><p>• Proven expertise in managing regulatory compliance and governance reporting.</p><p>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.</p><p>• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, including executive-level reporting.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage relationships across diverse stakeholders.</p><p>• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.</p><p>• Proficiency in developing project plans and tracking progress effectively.</p><p>• Ability to take initiative and lead projects with minimal supervision.</p>
