We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support a variety of accounting functions while helping our operating divisions achieve their financial and operational goals. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a stable, family-owned company that values professional development, meaningful responsibility, and long-term career growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with oversight of the accounting department and support daily accounting operations</li><li>Manage accounts receivable invoicing and collections activities</li><li>Oversee weekly payroll processing for field employees</li><li>Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records</li><li>Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis</li><li>Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities</li><li>Support job cost analysis and construction-related financial reporting</li><li>Manage fixed asset records and corporate insurance administration</li></ul>
<p><strong>Keys</strong></p><ul><li>Accounting degree is a requirement.
