We are looking for a Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is centered around enhancing the experience of all visitors and ensuring that spaces are functional, welcoming, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal team members and external visitors. • Oversee front-of-house operations, including managing inquiries and directing them appropriately. • Coordinate and assist with the physical setup of events, meetings, and other gatherings, including furniture arrangement, signage, and equipment. • Maintain accurate records of space reservations and update event calendars regularly. • Provide support for facilities-related services as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Strong customer service skills with confidence in both verbal and written communication. • Self-motivated and efficient with a proactive attitude. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and represent the team professionally. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency with PC systems and the ability to manage daily tasks using various platforms. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 2-4 years of experience in reception, concierge, or a related field. • Experience in catering or hospitality is preferred.
