In this role, you will be embedded within the <strong>Business Enablement Portals</strong> product team, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to ensure our digital tools meet the complex needs of our users.</p><p>Your primary focus will be understanding the operational workflows of Restaurant Operators, Store Managers, and Corporate Support Staff to help refine requirements and validate design concepts for our business-critical portals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>User Discovery:</strong> Quickly gain a deep understanding of the daily activities, pain points, and goals of our target user populations (Retail/Restaurant Operations and Corporate Staff).</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong> * Develop comprehensive stakeholder interview guides.</li><li>Lead collaborative workshops to generate, validate, and refine product requirements.</li><li>Synthesize findings into actionable insights for the design and product management teams.</li><li><strong>Concept & Usability Testing:</strong></li><li>Design and execute concept test plans for moderator-led walkthroughs.</li><li>Develop and lead usability test plans for user-led prototype testing.</li><li>Conduct research through a mix of in-person sessions and remote platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, UserTesting.com).</li><li><strong>Synthesis & Collaboration:</strong> Transform raw data into clear, persuasive reports and presentations that guide the product roadmap and design iterations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Proven Research Experience:</strong> Demonstrated success in end-to-end UX research, specifically for B2B portals or enterprise-level business tools.</li><li><strong>Methodology Expertise:</strong> Strong command of both generative (interviews, workshops) and evaluative (usability testing, concept validation) research methods.</li><li><strong>Facilitation Skills:</strong> Experience leading stakeholder workshops and moderated research sessions, both in-person and remotely.</li><li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple research workstreams simultaneously.</li><li><strong>Tool Proficiency:</strong> Familiarity with remote research tools (UserTesting.com or similar) and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams.</li></ul><p><br></p>
