<p>We are seeking a technically-minded Technical Curriculum Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable training solutions for skilled trades in Critical Facilities (Data Centers), Advanced Manufacturing, and beyond.</p><p>This role is for a "technical translator"; someone who possesses the rare ability to deconstruct complex engineering systems and rebuild them into structured, high-quality learning modules. You should have a strong foundation in the Electrical, Instrumentation, and PLC/Controls world, while remaining equally comfortable with Industrial Mechanical systems. You are not just a writer; you are a builder who understands how machines and facilities operate and how to teach others to operate and maintain them.</p>

<p>● 1-3 years of technical instructional design experience.</p><p>● 1-3 years of working in or with electrical or electromechanical roles in industrial environments or data centers.</p><p>● Strong technical background; able to grasp and convey highly technical subject matter</p><p>● Ability to respond clearly to live digital conversations via a digital engagement platform such as Zoom or an in-person training environment.</p><p>● Strong communication skills</p>
