Salesforce Administrator
<p>We are looking for a proactive <strong>Salesforce Administrator</strong> to support and enhance the company’s Salesforce environment. This role is hybrid, requiring regular presence at a hub office, and will split responsibilities between <strong>user support</strong> and <strong>system administration/enhancements.</strong> The Administrator will ensure day-to-day functionality for Salesforce users while also driving improvements to scale with business needs.</p><p>The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce system administration, enjoys troubleshooting and supporting end users, and can partner with business stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.</p>
<p><strong>User Support (approx. 50%)</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as first-line support for Salesforce users, resolving issues and answering questions.</li><li>Manage incoming tickets, prioritize requests, and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Troubleshoot system errors, data discrepancies, and access issues.</li><li>Train and guide users on Salesforce best practices and functionality.</li><li>Document solutions and maintain knowledge-sharing resources.</li></ul><p><strong>Administration & Enhancements (approx. 50%)</strong></p><ul><li>Perform core Salesforce admin tasks: user setup, permissions, security, role management.</li><li>Configure Salesforce objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools.</li><li>Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.</li><li>Support release testing, documentation, and deployment of new features.</li><li>Maintain system integrity through audits, de-duplication, and updates.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.</li><li>Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Admin a plus).</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce core objects, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and security model.</li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve support issues effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication and training skills for non-technical users.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; familiarity with other clouds or AppExchange tools a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to balance day-to-day support needs with longer-term system improvement projects.</li><li>Experience in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.</li></ul><p><br></p>
