<p>Our client is seeking an experienced Trial Litigation Paralegal to join their boutique law firm in NW Atlanta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing litigation cases from start to finish, ensuring all aspects of trial preparation and case progression are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and discovery management, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support to attorneys and clients.</p><p><br></p><p>• Take charge of litigation cases, managing all stages from pre-suit to trial and resolution.</p><p>• Handle case deadlines, discovery processes, and overall progression with minimal supervision.</p><p>• Draft and finalize legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery materials.</p><p>• Manage complex discovery needs such as document productions, tracking deficiencies, and preparing exhibits.</p><p>• Coordinate with clients, experts, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors to ensure smooth case handling.</p><p>• Keep electronic case files and litigation calendars meticulously organized.</p><p>• Assist in trial preparation by managing witness coordination, assembling exhibit binders, and creating trial notebooks.</p><p>• Prepare timelines and other essential materials to support trial activities.</p><p>• Ensure all case-related communications and filings are completed accurately and on time.</p>

<p>• 5+ years of experience as a litigation Paralegal.</p><p>• Proficiency in handling discovery processes and trial preparation.</p><p>• Strong skills in drafting legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and subpoenas.</p><p>• Familiarity with case management software and electronic filing systems.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and external parties.</p><p>• Knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing requirements.</p>
