<p>We are seeking a Senior IT Lead to provide MES and IT support for manufacturing operations. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, project coordination, and team management. Candidates must be open to night shifts, extended hours, and be available immediately.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance MES systems.</li><li>Configure and maintain MES devices, printers, scanners, and related hardware.</li><li>Gather MES requirements, translate them into technical specs, create documentation, maintain SQL jobs, and manage rollouts.</li><li>Support integrated systems such as JIS sequence, Paint Shop, AIB, and HMI.</li><li>Perform basic infrastructure and network troubleshooting.</li><li>Manage IT/MES projects, assign tasks, and oversee team and shift schedules.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
