HR Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR functions, including onboarding, compliance, and administrative support, while ensuring a seamless employee experience. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for HR processes, we would love to hear from you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed accurately.<br>• Manage and maintain HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping and updating employee information in HRIS systems.<br>• Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings to ensure compliance with company policies.<br>• Support HR compliance initiatives by monitoring and implementing regulatory requirements.<br>• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.<br>• Collaborate with various teams to enhance HR processes and improve overall efficiency.<br>• Prepare reports and analytics related to HR activities and employee data.<br>• Assist in maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.<br>• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding HR updates and changes.
• Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role, preferably in onboarding and administrative support.<br>• Proficiency in using HRIS systems and familiarity with HR compliance requirements.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing HR processes.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.<br>• Familiarity with pre-employment screening processes.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
