File Clerk
We are looking for a meticulous and organized File Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate physical and electronic records within the HR department. This position requires attention to detail and efficiency in handling documents and filing systems.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and file physical documents into designated folders or storage systems.<br>• Scan and digitize paper files, ensuring all electronic records are accurately labeled and stored.<br>• Maintain an orderly filing system to facilitate easy access to documents when needed.<br>• Handle file boxes and ensure proper storage and retrieval processes.<br>• Perform quality checks on scanned documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.<br>• Assist in sorting and categorizing documents according to company protocols.<br>• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate filing of employee-related records.<br>• Track and manage the inventory of physical files and supplies.<br>• Uphold strict confidentiality while handling sensitive documents.
• Proven experience with paper filing and document organization.<br>• Familiarity with scanning equipment and e-filing systems.<br>• Ability to handle file boxes and maintain proper storage practices.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.<br>• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in scanning software.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
