Demand Generation Coordinator
<p>Demand Generation or ABM Coordinator (Contract)</p><p>Contract Duration: February – Mid-June</p><p>Reports to: ABM Contractor / Global Campaigns Lead</p><p>Can be remote (east coast hours)</p><p><br></p><p>Role Overview</p><p>We are seeking a proactive, execution-oriented Demand Generation or ABM Coordinator to join our Global Campaigns team. Your mission is to provide tactical support for our high-priority marketing programs, ensuring our campaigns are built, launched, and tracked with precision.</p><p><br></p><p>While you will specifically support our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts, we are looking for a well-rounded Demand Gen specialist who understands how to move prospects through a funnel. This is a "doing" role—perfect for someone who enjoys the technical side of marketing and wants to see their work directly impact the sales pipeline.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
<p>Key Responsibilities :</p><p>You will be heavily SUPPORTING someone more sr level so an understanding of demand gen will be sufficient to get you trained on the ABM side</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Campaign Deployment: Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, webinars, and direct mail) targeting specific high-value accounts.</li><li>MarTech Orchestration: Work within our marketing stack (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to build landing pages, set up email sequences, and manage list segmentations.</li><li>Account-Based Logistics: Coordinate the "swag" and direct mail process—managing vendors, tracking shipments, and alerting Sales when a gift has been delivered.</li><li>Data Management: Ensure account lists are clean and correctly tagged in the CRM. Help "bridge the gap" between marketing intent data and sales action.</li><li>Sales Enablement: Package campaign materials (email templates, one-pagers, social snippets) for Sales reps to use in their outreach.</li><li>Performance Tracking: Assist in pulling data for weekly reports to show how target accounts are engaging with our content.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>1–2 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, or Digital Marketing.</li><li>Hands-on Tool Experience: You must be comfortable inside a Marketing Automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and a CRM (Salesforce).</li><li>Process-Driven: You enjoy creating checklists and ensuring no detail is overlooked in a campaign launch.</li><li>Collaborative Spirit: You can work cross-functionally with Content, Design, and Sales to get things across the finish line.</li><li>Fast Learner: You don’t need to be an ABM expert on day one, but you are eager to learn the principles of account-based targeting.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience with webinars or virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, On24).</li><li>Basic understanding of paid social platforms (specifically LinkedIn Campaign Manager).</li><li>Experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment</li></ul><p><br></p>
