<p><strong>Creative Operations Manager</strong></p><p>We’re seeking a <strong>Creative Operations Manager</strong> to oversee daily operations of a dynamic creative team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and process improvement while ensuring high-quality creative output.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation for the creative team.</li><li>Implement project management best practices and leverage tools to track progress.</li><li>Oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand.</li><li>Support the team with structure, communication, and clarity.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years in creative operations, project management, or a related role.</li><li>PMP certification (or equivalent training/education).</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to pivot between projects and manage competing priorities.</li><li>Experience working with creative or marketing teams required.</li><li>Design background or experience strongly preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
