<p>We are looking for a licensed Attorney to join our team on an on-going contract basis. In this role, you will provide expert legal support and guidance, focusing on conducting legal research and drafting memorandum. This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and offers an opportunity to work on diverse and challenging assignments.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and review legal documents to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy.</p><p>• Draft and negotiate contracts tailored to specific business needs.</p><p>• Provide legal counsel to address complex issues and mitigate risks.</p><p>• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and decision-making.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their legal requirements.</p><p>• Ensure all legal documentation aligns with applicable laws and regulations.</p><p>• Manage case files and maintain organized records of legal proceedings.</p><p>• Represent clients in negotiations or mediations when required.</p><p>• Stay updated on legal trends and changes to provide informed advice.</p>

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.<br>• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.<br>• Proven experience in drafting legal documents and contracts.<br>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal information.<br>• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.<br>• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws relevant to the role.
