<p>This Program Manager will lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including ERP modernization, system consolidations, and enterprise platform rollouts. The role oversees multiple workstreams, manages dependencies, and ensures alignment between technical teams and business leadership. This position requires strong executive communication and experience navigating complex organizational change.</p>

<p>8+ years Program or Senior Project Management experience</p><p>Experience managing multi-workstream enterprise initiatives</p><p>Strong financial tracking, forecasting, and dependency management</p><p>Executive-level communication and reporting skills</p><p>Experience working with ERP or enterprise systems strongly preferred</p><p>PMP or similar certification preferred</p>
