<p>We are looking for a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Arlington, Virginia. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and analytical precision to ensure accurate benchmarking and effective compensation strategies.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Analyze and validate compensation data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all organizational positions.</p><p>• Conduct benchmarking studies using industry-standard tools to maintain competitive compensation structures.</p><p>• Collaborate with People Operations to identify gaps and recommend strategic solutions for compensation planning.</p><p>• Manage data migration processes, ensuring seamless transfer and integrity of information between systems.</p><p>• Utilize PayFactors and advanced Excel skills to perform detailed analysis and reporting of compensation metrics.</p><p>• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports.</p><p>• Research industry trends and provide actionable insights to enhance compensation strategies.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations related to compensation and benefits.</p><p>• Provide guidance and expertise in compensation surveys and related initiatives.</p>

<p>• Proven experience in compensation analysis and administration.</p><p>• Advanced proficiency in PayFactors and Excel for data analysis and reporting.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking and survey methodologies.</p><p>• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.</p><p>• Familiarity with compensation planning.</p><p>• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.</p><p>• Ability to manage tasks independently while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.</p>
