Trust Administration Specialist
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Administration Specialist to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. In this <strong>contract</strong> position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of trust accounts while adhering to regulatory and internal standards. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional service in a financial services environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee daily trust account transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.</p><p>• Review legal documents and monitor discretionary distributions to ensure proper execution.</p><p>• Execute account setup and closure processes while maintaining accurate trust accounting entries and tax coding.</p><p>• Conduct account reviews and manage correspondence notices, including monitoring critical deadlines such as tax filings.</p><p>• Collaborate with external partners, including attorneys and CPAs, to ensure seamless communication and risk management.</p><p>• Provide high-quality service to clients and financial associates, fostering relationships to support business growth.</p><p>• Support departmental initiatives by serving as a subject matter expert and participating in assigned projects.</p><p>• Adapt to process changes and efficiencies within the trust work environment to improve operations.</p><p><br></p>
• Associate degree in business or a related field.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust administration, banking, estate settlement, or a related financial environment.<br>• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
