<p>We are looking for a dedicated Financial Coach to join our team. In this role, you will empower individuals and families to develop healthier financial habits and achieve their money management goals. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the financial services industry while working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This is a Long-term Contract position.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide personalized coaching sessions to help participants enhance their budgeting, saving, and spending habits.</p><p>• Facilitate virtual one-on-one discussions, encouraging critical thinking and self-awareness regarding financial behaviors.</p><p>• Develop tailored action plans that break down financial goals into manageable steps for participants.</p><p>• Apply motivational interviewing techniques to create a judgment-free, supportive environment for behavior change.</p><p>• Conduct experimental coaching practices to integrate innovative methods with digital technology.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, offering ongoing support and celebrating their progress.</p><p>• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in a customer relationship management platform.</p><p>• Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely coordination of sessions.</p><p>• Refer participants to appropriate external services, such as credit counseling, when necessary.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to enhance program effectiveness and participant outcomes.</p>

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.<br>• Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and documentation practices.<br>• Familiarity with budgeting principles and financial wellness concepts.<br>• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office tools efficiently.<br>• Experience in conducting virtual coaching or training sessions.<br>• Time management skills to coordinate schedules and meet deadlines.<br>• Capability to work independently while contributing to team goals.<br>• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
