We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Bloomington, Minnesota on a long-term contract basis. This role primarily involves litigation tasks, including trial preparation, mediation, and discovery. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Minnesota litigation, particularly in personal injury cases, and thrive in a self-directed environment where accountability and proactive case management are key. Responsibilities:• Manage all aspects of litigation cases, including trial preparation, discovery, and mediation.• Conduct thorough research and ensure compliance with Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure and No-Fault law.• Draft and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings with accuracy and attention to detail.• Coordinate depositions, prepare materials, and assist attorneys during trial proceedings.• Handle pre-litigation tasks such as case intake, client communication, and evidence gathering.• Maintain organized case files and track deadlines to ensure timely progress on all cases.• Collaborate with attorneys to strategize and maximize the value of each case.• Utilize case management software to document and monitor case updates efficiently.• Anticipate case needs and provide proactive support to attorneys without waiting for instructions.• Engage in occasional in-person meetings to connect with clients and team members.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on personal injury preferred. • Strong knowledge of Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure and No-Fault law. • Proven experience in trial and mediation preparation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of case files. • Proficiency in case management software and technology tools. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with civil litigation processes and strategies.
