<p>Our client is searching or an experienced Controller to join a growing manufacturing company based in the Mount Olive, New Jersey area. This role is critical in overseeing the organization's financial operations and ensuring robust accounting practices. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management within the manufacturing industry.<br>• Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and developing teams.<br>• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis.<br>• Experience with system enhancements and implementing financial policies and procedures.<br>• Familiarity with working alongside external accounting firms for tax-related matters.<br>• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.<br>• Background in payroll and human resources supervision is preferred.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
