Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a VP in Ambler, Pennsylvania. This is a contract to permanent position that offers growth opportunities. Initially, the role will be fully onsite, transitioning to a hybrid schedule (three days per week onsite) once proficiency is demonstrated.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and time management.</p><p>• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, handling transportation, accommodations, and itineraries.</p><p>• Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas and supporting documents.</p><p>• Serve as a reliable liaison between the executive team and clients, fostering strong relationships.</p><p>• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</p><p>• Support administrative tasks such as expense reporting and document management.</p><p>• Assist in the planning and execution of sales-related activities and events.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.</p><p>• Ensure timely communication and follow-up across internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>• Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet organizational objectives.</p>
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.<br>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements.<br>• Client-facing experience with a focus on attention to detail.<br>• High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
