<p>We’re supporting a confidential client in hiring a Data Architect with deep experience in<strong> </strong>embedded development and multi-threaded environments. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on shaping digital solutions architecture across complex systems.</p><p>What You’ll Be Doing:</p><ul><li>Leading high-level design decisions for digital solutions projects</li><li>Modeling and diagramming system architectures</li><li>Advising development teams on tools, platforms, and environments</li><li>Supporting Agile teams and guiding best practices</li><li>Partnering with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to build and manage technical teams</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>5–7 years of hands-on experience in embedded software engineering, ideally in complex systems (e.g., elevators, escalators, robotics, or industrial automation)</li><li>Strong coding skills in C#, Java, Python, or similar languages</li><li>Deep knowledge of UML and software architecture modeling</li><li>Proven success working in Agile environments (3–5 years)</li><li>Experience designing and implementing multi-threaded applications</li><li>Strong understanding of system-level architecture and performance optimization</li><li>Familiarity with hardware/software integration and real-time systems</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li><li>Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to think strategically</li><li>Comfortable advising cross-functional teams and mentoring developers</li></ul>
