<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service/Billing Specialist to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. In this role, you will process customer orders, manage shipments and returns, and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving stone, glass, and concrete manufacturing industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Accurately input customer and replenishment orders into the order management system.</p><p>• Create and update pickup customer contracts while ensuring billing accuracy.</p><p>• Process returns, both full and partial, in alignment with company policies.</p><p>• Monitor inventory levels across plants and terminals to support order fulfillment.</p><p>• Prepare manual Bills of Lading as needed to facilitate shipments.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues to ensure smooth shipment processing.</p><p>• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Billing, Credit, and Dispatch teams to address order and account concerns.</p><p>• Assist with month-end closing activities to ensure accurate accounts receivable reporting.</p><p>• Provide support to operations sites, addressing inquiries, credit holds, and order-related issues.</p><p>• Maintain required documentation for internal and external audits while adhering to company policies and safety standards.</p>

<p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and accounts receivable functions.</p><p>• Proficiency in managing shipping and receiving operations, including inspection and documentation.</p><p>• Experience with call center customer service and handling customer inquiries effectively.</p><p>• Familiarity with wire transfer processes and other financial transactions.</p><p>• Ability to generate and analyze reports to support operational decision-making.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order processing.</p>
