<p>We’re looking for a skilled Backup / Systems Engineer to help manage, protect, and optimize our client's infrastructure. This role will focus heavily on backup and disaster recovery solutions (Rubrik or Zerto), along with VMware and Windows Server environments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring system reliability, data protection, and operational stability across the enterprise.</p><p><br></p><p>Design, implement, and support backup and disaster recovery solutions using <strong>Rubrik and/or Zerto</strong></p><p>Administer and support <strong>VMware</strong> environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)</p><p>Manage and maintain <strong>Windows Server</strong> environments (patching, performance, troubleshooting)</p><p>Monitor backup jobs, replication, and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and SLAs are met</p><p>Perform restores, DR testing, and recovery exercises as needed</p><p>Troubleshoot infrastructure, backup, and performance issues across systems and virtual environments</p><p>Work with security and infrastructure teams to ensure data protection and compliance best practices</p><p>Create and maintain documentation for systems, backups, and recovery procedures</p><p>Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations as needed</p>

<p>3+ years of experience in a Systems Engineer / Infrastructure / Backup Engineer role</p><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>Rubrik and/or Zerto</strong> (implementation, administration, recovery)</p><p>Strong experience with <strong>VMware</strong> (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)</p><p>Strong experience administering <strong>Windows Server</strong> environments</p><p>Solid understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity concepts</p><p>Experience troubleshooting system, storage, and virtualization issues</p><p>Comfortable working in production environments and supporting critical systems</p>
